Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Overview

In compliance with guidance issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding AI-powered services, deceptive design practices, and material omission, this document provides clear and conspicuous disclosure of how artificial intelligence is used within Ammore.

This AI Disclosure forms part of your agreement with Ammore LLC and should be read together with the Ammore Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the Ammore platform, you acknowledge and accept the practices described herein.

1. What Ammore's AI Does

Ammore is an AI-first wedding planning platform. The Service uses multiple autonomous AI agents ("AI Agents") to perform tasks on your behalf. These AI Agents are software programs — not human beings — and are designed to:

• Generate customized wedding plans, timelines, and vendor shortlists based on your inputs.
• Draft, send, and manage written communications to vendors — including email inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiation messages.
• Conduct outreach via AI-generated voice calls to vendors on your behalf.
• Track vendor responses, compare proposals, and surface booking recommendations.
• Manage guest communications including RSVP reminders and day-of coordination messages.
• Monitor your wedding budget and flag potential overspends in real time.

Each AI Agent operates within a defined role. No single agent has unlimited authority. All agent actions are logged and accessible from your Ammore dashboard.

2. AI Is Not a Human Wedding Planner

AI-generated vendor communications are sent in your name or on behalf of your wedding event. You remain solely responsible for all contractual obligations entered into with vendors, including payments, cancellation policies, and service delivery.

When Ammore uses AI-generated voice calls, those calls are automated and do not involve a human Ammore representative. Vendors receiving voice outreach may be informed of the automated nature of the call at Ammore's discretion or as required by applicable law.

3. Vendor Outreach and AI-Initiated Communications

When you enable the Outreach Agent, Ammore will send emails and/or place AI-generated voice calls to vendors on your behalf. You authorize such outreach by enabling the feature within the Service. You acknowledge that:

• Vendor outreach is conducted in your name based on preferences and details you have provided.
• You may review, pause, or revoke outreach authorization at any time from your dashboard.
• Ammore will make commercially reasonable efforts to accurately represent your preferences, but AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
• You should review all vendor proposals, contracts, and final agreements before signing or committing any funds.
• Vendors may respond directly to you; Ammore does not guarantee vendor response times or availability.

Voice outreach is powered by Twilio and Retell AI. AI-generated voice may sound natural and human-like. Ammore is committed to complying with applicable telemarketing, robocall, and AI voice disclosure laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state regulations.

4. Limitations of AI

AI Agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate outputs. Ammore expressly does not guarantee that:

• Vendor recommendations are exhaustive or rank vendors in your best financial interest.
• AI-generated negotiation messages will secure favorable pricing or terms.
• Voice outreach accurately conveys all your preferences in every instance.
• AI systems will perform without errors, delays, or service interruptions.
• AI-generated plans will be suitable for every venue, vendor, or wedding style.

You are encouraged to independently verify vendor credentials, licensing, pricing, availability, and contract terms before making any binding commitments. Ammore is a planning tool, not a guarantor of vendor performance.

5. Human Review and Opt-Out Options

You retain full control over AI Agent actions. From your dashboard, you can review and edit any AI-generated vendor message before it is sent, pause or disable individual agents at any time, revoke outreach authorization for specific vendors, and download a complete log of all AI-generated communications.

You may contact legal@ammore.ai at any time to flag a concern about an AI-generated output, request a manual review, or opt out of specific AI features. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to address concerns promptly.

6. FTC Act Compliance Commitments

Ammore is committed to complying with Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce. In furtherance of this commitment:

• No impersonation — Ammore will not represent AI-generated content or agents as human in communications with you or with third parties where disclosure is legally required.
• No dark patterns — Ammore will not use deceptive design patterns to obscure AI involvement in the Service or to manipulate your choices.
• Material updates — Ammore will update these disclosures promptly if AI features change in a manner material to your use of the Service.
• Transparency — AI Agent activity is logged and accessible to you. You are never required to delegate actions to AI — all agent features are opt-in.

If you believe Ammore has engaged in a deceptive or unfair practice related to AI, you may report concerns to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or contact us directly at legal@ammore.ai.

7. Changes to AI Features

Ammore's AI capabilities will evolve over time. We will notify you of material changes to AI features by email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated disclosures.
