Messaging Terms

Introduction

These Messaging Terms describe the SMS/text-message program operated by Ammore LLC (doing business as "Ammore," "we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms.

1. Program Description

Ammore sends text messages as part of one program covering two message types:

• Account service notifications. When your AI planning assistant reaches a point in vendor outreach that needs your decision (for example, a quote to review or a booking question), we text you a link to review and respond in the app.
• AI vendor outreach. On your behalf and at your direction, our AI assistant sends texts to the wedding vendors you select to request availability, pricing, and details. The assistant identifies itself as an AI and includes opt-out instructions.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to account service notifications by entering your mobile number and checking the “Text notifications” consent box in your profile settings. We record the date and time of your consent. Providing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using any part of the Service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your vendor outreach activity — you only receive a message when a vendor thread genuinely needs your input, so there is no fixed or recurring schedule.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging charges will apply to messages you send and receive. Ammore does not charge you for these text messages, but your carrier may.

5. Opt-Out and Help

• To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt back in.
• For help, reply HELP or email support@ammore.ai.

Opting out of texts does not delete your account or stop non-SMS communications (such as email). You can also withdraw consent by unchecking the text-notifications box in your profile settings.

6. Your Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with the sub-processors that support the messaging service (for example, our SMS provider) is permitted solely to deliver these messages. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Changes to These Messaging Terms

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent in-app notice, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
