Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Ammore LLC ("Ammore," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you access or use the Ammore platform, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed via Supabase Auth). We do not store raw passwords.

1.2 Wedding Details

We collect information you voluntarily provide about your wedding, including event date or timeframe, location preferences, estimated guest count, total budget, vendor category preferences, and aesthetic or style preferences.

1.3 Guest Information

If you use the Guest & RSVP features, we collect names, contact information (email addresses and/or phone numbers), dietary preferences, and RSVP responses for your wedding guests.

You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your guests before entering their personal information into Ammore. You are the data controller for guest information; Ammore processes it on your behalf.

1.4 Vendor Communications

We store copies of all AI-generated emails, voice call logs, negotiation records, vendor responses, and booking confirmations created through the Service. These records are accessible in your dashboard and used to improve AI Agent performance.

1.5 Payment Information

We collect billing information through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Ammore does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

1.6 Usage Data

We automatically collect data about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features accessed, time spent, clicks, error events, device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address.

1.7 AI Interaction Data

We collect data generated by AI Agent activity, including vendor response rates, negotiation outcomes, booking success rates, and plan generation inputs. This data is used in aggregate and de-identified form to train and improve our AI models and is a core part of the Ammore service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and AI Agents.
  • Personalize your wedding planning experience, recommendations, and vendor shortlists.
  • Send vendor outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations on your behalf as authorized.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing communications.

  • Analyze usage patterns to improve Service features and performance.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Respond to your support requests and feedback.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

3.1 Vendors

When you authorize the Outreach Agent, we share relevant wedding details — such as your name, event date, approximate guest count, and budget range — with vendors as necessary to conduct outreach on your behalf.

3.2 Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf:

  • Resend — Transactional email delivery.
  • Twilio — SMS/text messaging and AI-generated voice outreach.
  • Retell AI — AI voice-call handling for vendor outreach.
  • Sendblue — iMessage-based guest communications.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ammore, our users, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Ammore is acquired, merged, or undergoes a restructuring, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance by email or in-app notice and describe your options.

3.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

3.6 Mobile Information and SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with the sub-processors that support our messaging service (for example, our SMS provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have opted into. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

You opt in to text notifications in your profile settings and may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. For full details of our SMS program, see our Messaging Terms.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

  • Account data is retained until you request account deletion.
  • Vendor communication logs are retained for 3 years after your wedding date to support dispute resolution.
  • Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial law (typically 7 years).
  • De-identified, aggregated AI training data may be retained indefinitely.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing legal@ammore.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Encryption of data at rest within our Supabase-hosted database infrastructure.
  • Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data.
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring.

No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including Pennsylvania's Breach of Personal Information Notification Act.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@ammore.ai. We will respond within 30 days. Pennsylvania residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as local storage and session identifiers) to operate and improve the Service, authenticate your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns.

You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at legal@ammore.ai and we will promptly delete such information.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (such as vendor booking platforms). Ammore is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will notify you of material changes by email and/or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
